MTV's Brett Poirier enters the basement to pitch show ideas when stand-up comic (and Rick's neighbor), Kathe Farris walks over to deliver a local television show idea of her own. Mike rises to the occasion after Rick gets put under general anesthesia just hours earlier and refuses to reschedule the recording.
